HOW TO TELL A FRIEND WHAT NATURAL WISDOM IS?

Sometimes it can really be challenging to explain to someone else an idea that you are passionate about. I have had my fair share of this difficulty explaining to those closest to me what Natural Wisdom is and why it is essential to cultivate. Below is a simple description that I have found helpful. Feel free to copy, paste and share.

"Hey, have you ever heard of this idea called Natural Wisdom? It's this really cool concept that I've recently stumbled upon and it's got me looking at life in a whole new way.

Basically, it's all about tapping into the wisdom that's inherent in nature and the knowledge our ancestors relied on for thousands of years. You know how when we were kids and we'd spend hours just playing outside, getting lost in the woods, or studying a small bug? That's a part of it! Natural Wisdom is about observing and learning from nature, the way our hunter-gatherer ancestors once did.

It's also about remembering that we are a part of this intricate web of life, not separate from it. Remember when we used to go hiking and feel that sense of calm and connection? That's the essence of Natural Wisdom.

And it's not just about going back to our roots, it's about applying this wisdom in our modern lives. It's like being present in the moment - not lost in your phone or worrying about tomorrow, but really being here, now. It's about appreciating the simple joys of life, staying curious, and learning to read our environment in a way that helps us navigate our life better.

Natural Wisdom also draws from the ways of knowing and being that indigenous cultures across the world have honoured and preserved. These cultures have a wealth of knowledge about living in harmony with nature, and we have so much to learn from them.

So, in a nutshell, Natural Wisdom is about reconnecting with the intelligence of nature and our own primal instincts, being present in the moment, and using this knowledge to live a more harmonious and fulfilling life. Cool, right?"
