Your Philosopher Coach

I am a 5th degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, having taught modern martial arts all over the world. Drawing on decades of martial arts experience and philosophical study, I offer more than traditional coaching or training. My approach combines doctoral research in mindfulness, extensive martial arts expertise, and deep philosophical understanding to create a comprehensive system of inner defense.
